Banner Image Section

The Eminent Law Theme includes a versatile Banner section for your homepage, providing options to create a visually compelling introduction to your site. Each banner type also includes default settings for adding a top heading, heading, title text, a call-to-action button, and a background image.

Steps to Add the Banner Image Section:

1. Add the Custom Banner Image Block and Choose the Banner Type:

  • From the WordPress dashboard, go to ‘Pages‘ and select the homepage where you want to add the Banner section or click ‘Add New‘ to create a new page.
  • In the page editor, click the ‘+‘ icon to add a new block, search for the “Banner Image” block, and select it.
  • Choose from the three available banner types:
    1. Full Banner: Displays the image as it is, covering the entire width of the section.
    2. Half Banner: Allows you to set the banner height in a percentage ranging from 30% to 100%, providing control over the image display.
    3. Banner Slider: This enables you to add multiple images, which will be displayed as a rotating slider.

2. Customize the Banner Content:

  • Top Heading: Add a short text that appears above the main heading, setting the tone for the banner.
  • Heading: Enter the main heading that will be prominently displayed on the banner.
  • Title Text: Include additional text or a tagline that complements the heading.
  • Call-to-Action Button: Add a button with a link to direct users to another page or resource. This button can drive user engagement by prompting them to take action.
  • Background Image: Upload the image(s) for the banner’s background. Depending on the banner type, this could be a single image or multiple images for the slider.

3. Set Additional Options (If Applicable):

  • If you’ve chosen Half Banner, enter the desired height percentage in the provided field to adjust the banner’s display height.

4. Review and Publish:

  • After configuring the Banner section and adding all the necessary content, review the layout to ensure it meets your design goals.
  • Once satisfied, click ‘Publish‘ to make the Banner section live on your homepage.
